Hans Bermann, born 1953, has been an attorney since 1982 and was admitted to the bar in Finland in 1995. In 1992, he founded the law firm BJL Bergmann in Helsinki. He is a member of the "Working Group on Mergers and Acquisitions" at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
